Reign has a strong background in developing commercial strategy, developing client relationships and coaching teams. Her USP is operating in the unique space where law, business and culture come together.

She has 15 years’ senior management experience and 12 years’ legal industry experience (including practicing and advising on operations, business planning and strategy). Her previous law firm/legal industry roles have included Chief Strategy Officer, MD/Director and Head of BD and Marketing.

Reign is a UK-qualified lawyer with significant experience working with leading tech companies, multinational brands, investment funds, online marketplaces and creative industries.

She regularly speaks and authors articles on leadership, disruption, innovation and inclusive cultures.
