Charlotte is Head of International Relationships at Charles Russell Speechlys, working with teams across the firm to support clients in their global ambitions. This includes delivery of BD activity through the firm’s country desks, engagement with international associations, and relationships with international law firms.

Charlotte also manages the business development and marketing teams in the firm’s offices in Europe, the Middle East and Asia..

She is an active member of the International Bar Association Marketing & BD Sub-Committee of Law Firm Management Committee and has written for a number of IBA publications. Charlotte is also on the advisory board of BOOST BDM and a moderator for Platforum9, both groups supporting networking and professional development for law firm BD professionals.

Charlotte is co-chair of the firm’s Gender Committee.

She has over 20 years’ experience in the legal and professional services sector. Prior to joining Charles Russell Speechlys, she worked at the Law Society of International Wales where she headed up the international team, supporting UK law firms developing their global business and profile.
