Sarah Longden is Chief Operating Officer at Quadrant Chambers, where she works with Chambers on its strategic direction and development, and ensuring it runs smoothly and effectively. She has over 30 years’ experience in the legal sector, 25 of which have been at the Bar. Prior to her appointment in 2024, Sarah spent over 7 years as Director of Business Development at Quadrant where she was a pivotal force in the marketing and overall development of Chambers. She led the team to win the inaugural Marketing Team of the Year Award with Legal 500 UK Bar and a highly commended for Business Development Award for LexisNexis. She is a passionate supporter of the Bar and its unique and often entrepreneurial environment. Sarah is a member of the London International Disputes Week strategy group and a committee member of WISTA UK.
