Crystal is passionate about legal directories and awards with over 14 years’ experience in the industry. Prior to joining Top Ranked Legal she held a dedicated legal directories role for eight years at Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) where she led the firm’s global submissions process and advised on submissions best practice. Prior to that, Crystal was the Greater China Managing Editor of Chambers and Partners where she was appointed to set up and head up the directory’s first overseas office in Hong Kong, leading its research and growth in Asia Pacific. During her roles at Chambers and HSF, Crystal has compiled and reviewed thousands of submissions and interacted with various major legal directories and awards providers around the world.
