Silvia brings 30 years of experience in both financial and professional services marketing, gained at leading financial institutions in the City, global private equity house Advent International and the Bar. Before joining global disputes-only law firm Hausfeld in 2018, she ran the marketing & BD function at leading global funder, Harbour Litigation Funding.

As a strategic and creative thinker, she introduces optimal practical solutions to develop the business and likes to think outside the box, while making sure the basics are in place first. Silvia demonstrates a successful track record in change management and further strengthening existing or building new marketing & BD teams. She was instrumental in rethinking Hausfeld’s brand which was recognised for a total of seventeen awards on both sides of the Atlantic after it relaunched in 2021.

She regularly speaks out about equity and inclusion and champions the positive impact of mentoring. She has been awarded for her outstanding contribution to the Professional Mentoring Scheme by City University of London and in 2023, she was shortlisted in the ‘Unsung Hero in Leadership Role’ category by the Women in Law Diversity Awards.
