Tina is Director of BDMC and member of the Management Committee for Baker McKenzie's London office. Tina has worked in leadership roles for some of the world’s most prominent professional service and FMCG organisations to drive maximum value from client and market opportunities.  Tina's professional skills, which were formed through a number of years in client management, marketing and business development, blended with experience in global roles in magic circle and other law firms means that she has a good understanding of internal and external clients as well as the inner workings and drivers of a partnership environment.
