Tsvetana Grakova is a senior member of the Business Development and Marketing team at Wolf Theiss, one of the leading law firms in Central, Eastern and South-Eastern Europe (CEE/SEE). She leads the firm’s business development activities focused on key intermediary law firms. Her role includes identifying opportunities for strategic development of relationships, creating development plans and overseeing the implementation of development activities.
She is skilled at implementing large-scale cross-border projects and has been working with Senior Management and various stakeholders to ensure the delivery on time and within budget. Tsvetana oversaw the successful implementation of a CRM system at Wolf Theiss which is now used to underpin all relationship management activities across the firm.
