
Martin K. Weber is the independent chair of Robeco Switzerland’s BoD, an international asset manager and market leader in sustainable investing. In addition to this role, he is an equity partner at Roesle Frick & Partners, a corporate law firm based in Zurich, where he focuses on private equity and venture capital, financial services regulation, ESG matters, and related investigations. He is an authorized issuers’ representative at the SIX Swiss Exchange and a delegate of the global law firm network TerraLex.
Other activities include engagements as co-founder, investor or board member in the fields of fintech, real estate and greentech.
He graduated as a bilingual dual Master of Laws (French/German) from the Universities of Neuchâtel and Lucerne, where he also achieved a doctorate (PhD) in financial market regulation, and he received an LL.M. degree from the University of California, Berkeley. Furthermore, he has completed a leadership program for managing partners at Harvard Law School (Executive Education).
