Manu is a business-focused commercial/corporate lawyer. He is the founder of LexSolutions, which provides legal strategy and operational support to both businesses and law firms. His approach is always commercially focused, delivering real value to the business and unlocking or optimising inherent value in the legal team. Projects include: managing overflow, legal team development, GC support and legal strategy, ops and tech consulting.
Manu worked at Yahoo! for ten years, leading all corporate and commercial legal matters for EMEA and was then Chief Legal Officer for Powa Technologies. He’s a tech GC, with start-up and global company experience.
He recently acted as a virtual GC for Magine TV, helping them monetise and scale. He continues to lead, support and promote the vision and team at LexSolutions.
