Lisa Ardley-Price moved into the in-house legal team at NatWest in 2015 and has firmly established herself as an expert in trade and supply chain finance, having previously trained at Dentons and spent time at Norton Rose Fulbright, Barclays and Citi.
Lisa is driven to ensure her business and customers get the best service and has set up training programmes for her team and businesses to upskill and self-serve on legal matters. Lisa is a trained coach and provides coaching and mentoring to colleagues at all levels from clerical to managerial.
Lisa is passionate about supporting others to fulfil their potential and cultivating diverse teams. She is a leader in the Bank’s Gender Network; she facilitates “Lean In Circles” and #IamRemarkable self-promotion workshop and is on the leadership teams for the Bank’s London Gender Network and Gender Network Development Programme. Lisa is Women in Business accredited and also mentors externally, supporting University of Law students and entrepreneurs through Digital Boost.
