Karolina is the Business Development & Marketing Manager at the Lithuanian office of Sorainen, a fully integrated law firm with offices in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Belarus. She is responsible for developing and implementing the firm’s business development and marketing strategy as well as public relations. Karolina collaborates closely with the firm’s lawyers and marketing teams across four offices to maintain a truly client-centred organisation. She fosters the firm’s focus in maintaining and expanding existing relationships as well as targeting and securing new clients and referral sources. Her master’s degree in law and professional experience in both the legal and marketing fields enables an in-depth understanding of the legal sector’s marketing needs.
