Genna is a relationship manager at Acritas. This role requires her to have a deep understanding of and penetrative insight into law firm businesses and the challenges their clients face. In this she is helped by her in depth knowledge of Sharplegal, Acritas’ world leading, comprehensive study of the global legal market. Genna also regularly speaks with key members of the in-house community to gain an up-to-date understanding of what buyers of legal services value in their law firms.
Genna advises dozens of law firms over Europe, Canada, the US, and Latin America, engaging with key audiences across the industry to help them use data to drive enhanced performance and adopt learnings from other markets across the world. She is strongly focused on how research can be applied to bring about real changes in the way law firms operate, and in particular how they become increasingly client oriented.
