Florence is the founder of Bellevue Law. An employment and litigation lawyer, she practised at leading international firms before founding her own firm in 2014 to offer lawyers fully flexible working long before the pandemic solidified the ‘new normal’.
As the leader of a firm in which almost 80% of lawyers are women – many with caring responsibilities – and an experienced adviser to both law firms and individual lawyers, Florence is an advocate for equality, diversity and inclusion in the legal profession.
Florence is also an advocate for responsible business, and Bellevue Law was the first UK law firm to be accredited by the Good Business Charter, which recognises ethical, responsible and sustainable business practices, and is in the process of accreditation as a B Corp.
