In his role Dave works with firms to understand their requirements around driving business growth, managing client touch points and creating client insight. He helps translate these requirements into tools and processes for client lifecycle management that deliver real, tangible results from day one.
Dave is passionate about supporting firms in their client-centric strategy so they can make the most of technology to deliver truly exceptional levels of service. He has worked in legal technology since 2000 and, in the latter part of his career, has specifically focused on Legal CRM, client lifecycle management and the implementation of CRM systems that support growth strategies for law firms.
Dave is a long-suffering Wycombe Wanderers fan and can frequently be found on the golf course.
