Carly joined Harbottle & Lewis as the Firm’s People & Culture Director in February 2023 with almost 20 years of HR experience gained in businesses across the City and overseas. As well as designing and delivering people strategy for a number of national and international multiple law firms that she has worked for since 2007, Carly has supported businesses in multiple sectors.
In her role, Carly is responsible for HR, Graduate Recruitment, DEI and Learning & Development, and strives to ensure the people strategy aligns with culture, accelerates change, and supports the delivery of excellence. Carly’s remit enables her to focus on ensuring the talent and wellbeing of people are developed in a way that fuels the growth and success of the business.
