
With an extensive background in law firm marketing, Barbara is the Global Head of BD & Marketing for Ince, a dynamic international legal and business services firm and the companies of Gordon Dadds Group plc, an AIM-listed business services firm. Supporting the Group with all its regional and international marketing activities and business development opportunities, she manages a growing global BD&M team who are based across 8 different countries in Europe, the Middle East and Asia. Barbara has recently led the rebranding project which involved rebranding the firm from Ince Gordon Dadds to “Ince”, introducing a completely new corporate identity.
In her spare time Barbara is currently authoring a book to help business services professionals to stay on top of their business development activities in order to successfully grow their own practice to ultimately become a partner of the firm by introducing them and giving them tools for creating a personal business plan. She has conducted thorough research and recently collected the results of a questionnaire which she has sent to a large number of business services professionals working for law firms, consultancy and accountancy firms to get an insight into their understanding of business development and marketing versus partners’ expectations.
