Alex Morrall is Product & Innovation Director at Lexology. His role is to apply technology to legal content to create seamless workflow tools that meet the evolving needs of the legal services market – with a particular focus on in-house counsel and law firm marketing, business development, knowledge management and client intelligence professionals.
Lexology uses the latest in natural language processing and machine learning to provide in-house counsel and private practitioners worldwide with a granular, tailored digital research platform. For contributing law firms this means each piece of carefully created content is delivered to the relevant target audience. The firms then receive data in real time on interactions and trending topics to close the feedback loop with actionable insight that improves their content marketing programmes.
Alex is responsible for product development across Globe Business Media Group’s wider product suite which includes iam, World Trademark Review and International Law Office. Prior to Globe, Alex worked at Practical Law through its rapid growth.
