Adrian Whitehead is the General Counsel Europe for Accor HotelServices.
Adrian joined the company in 2016 after a 30-year career in legal counsel and private
practice roles.
Adrian was previously Group Legal Director and Company Secretary at Brakes, a
leading supplier to the catering industry in the UK, Ireland, France and Sweden, for 12
years; and spent 8 years as UK Legal Director and Company Secretary at Nestle UK Ltd.
He has also enjoyed spells as a corporate solicitor at Woolwich Building Society and
Trafalgar House plc after beginning his career at Clifford Chance LLP.
A highly experienced leader of legal and administration functions, Adrian’s experience
includes large scale M&A, corporate financing and restructuring, contract review and
negotiation, outsourcing, anti-trust, dispute resolution, insolvency, IP, IT, data
protection and privacy.
