A Californian based in Europe for over 35 years, she’s advised over 290 businesses across 27 countries and 19 sectors. Allyson is the author of both editions of the best-selling book Working with Americans and creator of the LinkedIn Learning course Leading International Growth.
Alongside her advisory work, Allyson is an experienced and frequent broadcaster, having joined 5 seasons of BBC’s The Apprentice: You’re Fired and appears regularly lending her business analysis to a range of global broadcasters including BBC News, DW News, France 24, LBC, Sky News, TRT World and many others.
She’s a Member of the Strategy Board for The Chief of Staff Association, the Advisory Board for The Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards and recently served as a Non-Executive Director for the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
