Daisy Williamson is Global Head of Business Development for M&A and Capital Markets at Freshfields, where she sets and drives global BD strategy across the firm’s transactions practices. She has over 25 years’ experience in business development and marketing at leading global law firms, including Linklaters and CMS, spanning client strategy, practice and sector development, and major pursuits. She holds a PhD from University College London. Her current focus is on how law firms build the teams, capabilities and technology, including AI, needed to drive growth and win work in a rapidly changing market.
