Terri Pepper is Chief Executive Officer of TerraLex, an award-winning global network of law firms. TerraLex helps their member firms serve their clients’ legal needs and business interests through a worldwide network of quality law firms who meet high professional standards.
Previously, Terri was Director of Legal Support at Fisher & Phillips LLP, a national labor and employment law firm in the USA, where she had oversight of the firm’s 32 offices and managed office operations, legal project management, client and customer service, firm growth issues, training and coaching, and special projects for the firm’s Management Committee. Before that she was a Vice President with Hildebrandt, a Thomson Reuters company, and led that company’s client assessment team. She also spent more than eleven years in in-house law firm roles.
Terri has an MBA from the Warrington College of Business of the University of Florida. She is a Fellow in the College of Law Practice Management, and Chair of the annual Law Firm Marketing Summit in the UK.
