Davina is UK GC at Oath, a global digital media company, which offers online products and services like Yahoo, tumblr, HuffPost and TechCrunch. She is primarily a transactional lawyer and has experience in content, advertising, marketing and privacy issues. She worked at Yahoo for 8 years before it was sold to Verizon and brought under the Oath brand. Before going in-house, Davina spent four years at Allen & Overy LLP.
